No, there is no application fee. However, once selected, delegate fee must be paid within 15 days of receiving the Selection Offer. Who can attend this forum?
This forum is ideal for Students, Social entrepreneurs, Nonprofit professionals, Philanthropists, Policymakers, Educators, Anthropologists, Scientists, Engineers, Doctors, Lawyers, Business professionals, Venture capitalists, Media, Bloggers, Activists and Others interested in public policy, international development & social entrepreneurship. The forum does not have a dress code. Most forum participants tend to dress in decent casuals. Who qualifies for the student delegate fee?
The student rate is available to those who are enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited degree-granting program and scheduled to graduate no earlier than July 2012. When is the delegate fee payable?
Delegate fee must be paid within 15 days of receiving the Selection Offer. What happens if I am unable to pay the delegate fee within stipulated time?
Due to large number of applications and limited places, we will be forced to withdraw the offer made to you and next person in the Waiting List will be offered your spot. Is any extension possible?
Maximum of 15 days extension can be granted by the Finance Department on case to case basis. Extension Applications can be sent at finance@youthforum.in Is the delegate fee refundable?
The delegate fee is not refundable or transferable under normal circumstances as per the published policy on the Eligibility page. Before submitting their application, each applicant is required to confirm their understanding that the delegate fee is not refundable or transferable. Submission of the delegate fee notifies the Organizing Committee that the registrant plans to attend the conference and we plan for the comprehensive details associated with their attendance. Via the transaction, Organizing Committee makes an agreement with the Delegate to coordinate all of the complex logistics that provide them with the opportunity to attend a well-organized, quality forum, including all of their necessary materials and resources, sessions with renowned speakers; an Electronic Forum pass, Forum Program Book, Forum Group etc. These resources are available only to those who pay the delegate fee to attend the forum.
